Lastly I have to analyse two different double page spreads.
This is a double page spread which includes an interview with Dizzee Rascal and to catch the readers attention when going past this page the title of his name is in a pink colour which stands out from the black and greys used throughout the spread. The title takes over 1/3 of the left side of the page which makes it easy for the reader to read, and as it shows what may be in the questions and answers it makes the reader want to carry on reading. On the right hand side their is a picture of him which takes up the whole page and just next to him is a quote taken from the interview which makes the reader read it and want to read the whole interview then to find out what else he has said. The questions are in bold and the answers are in normal font which makes it a lot easier for the reader to follow.
This is a double page spread of an interview with Solange Knowles from Vibe magazine. The whole page is in black and white apart from 3 things which are her- to catch the audiences attention when going through the magazine and then the subtitle at the top of the page which is a blue colour which then links to her name which is the same blue colour. The font colour is the same as her greyscale images in the background which then makes her centre image of her in colour alot brighter and a lot more noticable. There is more pictures on this double spread then there is writing and this allows the reader not to feel overflowed by writing so they are then more likely to read it. There is a quote from the interview in a bold font next to her and in the title it mentions her famous sister, Beyonce, so both her fans and Beyonces fans would be attracted into reading this.
